The Task Force hosted a webinar featuring Lauren Barca, VP of Quality at 86Borders, on effective patient engagement strategies for complex patient populations. 86Borders is a technology-enabled patient engagement organization that helps health plans reach the hardest-to-reach members. In partnership with locally based care coordinators, they outreach and engage patients to deliver measurable results such as completing screenings, closing gaps in care, and improving people’s health outcomes.
During this webinar, Ms. Barca discussed 86Borders’ patient engagement approach, shared lessons learned from working with hard-to-reach populations, and highlighted practical strategies that health care organizations can apply to improve member engagement.
