28 Oct Webinar: Primary Care Resiliency During and Beyond the Pandemic
The Health Care Transformation Task Force hosted a webinar discussing how innovative primary care practices and payment models have supported greater health system resiliency during the pandemic and how those innovations will be sustained. Viewers learned how Cleveland Clinic and Anthem partnered under a shared-risk paradigm to provide care management for patients at high risk for COVID-19, and how the organization’s primary care capitation model will provide capability and flexibility to deliver the highest quality care and meet changing patient needs with a departure from volume-driven reimbursement.
