The Health Care Transformation Task Force is a unique collaboration of patients, payers, providers, purchasers, and partners working to lead a sweeping transformation of the health care system. By transitioning to value-based models, we help deliver better health, better care, and lower costs.
Our membership is committed to driving outcomes, access, and affordability. To reach this goal, the Task Force believes that the health care system must transition away from fee-for-service payment models that rewards quantity over quality. Instead, we promote accountable care that rewards high-quality outcomes and positive patient experiences at reduced cost.
