Webinar: How To Make Your Health System Truly Person-Centered

The Root Cause Coalition’s 2020 Status of Health Equity Report highlighted the importance of engaging and learning from communities “most affected by inequities in health and social conditions.” The importance of engagement is amplified by the coronavirus pandemic’s disproportionately devastating effect on communities of color.

This session highlighted a new online Change Package – developed by Community Catalyst and the Health Care Transformation Task Force – which provided webinar participants a roadmap for cultivating strong engagement with health care consumers in making decisions across an organization, including developing innovative solutions to advance health equity.
