Statement by Theresa Dreyer, Interim Executive Director, Health Care Transformation Task Force

The Health Care Transformation Task Force congratulates Dr. Mehmet Oz on his appointment as Administrator of the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS). Dr. Oz is a cardiothoracic surgeon and television host. The Task Force looks forward to working with Dr. Oz and the CMS team to advance value-based care to increase affordable, high-quality, and person-centered care – while reducing wasteful spending.
