Consumer engagement is increasingly recognized as a critical component to achieving person-centered care, particularly for people with complex health and social needs. On this webinar, Clare Pierce-Wrobel shared the results of the Health Care Transformation Task Force’s study on consumer engagement structures and mechanisms used by provider organizations. Kathy Brieger from HRHCare and Melinda Karp from Commonwealth Care Alliance shared their organizations’ industry-leading approaches to consumer engagement. Ann Hwang from the Center for Consumer Engagement in Health Innovation will shared information about tools and resources for organizations seeking to deepen consumer engagement.
